194 Houses for Bagshot?

Developers want to build 194 houses here in the centre of Bagshot
A planning application has been submitted by Charles Church Southern Ltd to build on land next to Notcutts Garden Centre. In a letter recieved from the developers agents, we have been informed that "The application seeks permission for the redevelopment of land at Notcutts Nursery for 194 dwellings, together with new access arrangements, open space and car parking. The Notcutts Garden Centre is to be retained and, as part of the application, alterations are proposed to the car park layout".
Commenting on this news, Cllr Meurig Williams told Focus "Bagshot residents will be aware
of the planning battles that have been fought over this site. Your Liberal Democrat Councillors
will ensure that residents receive all the information available. The planning application will be
discussed at both Windlesham Parish Council and Surrey Heath Borough Council."
